Maximizing Sales: How Technoville Transformed Cot & Candy's Sales Strategy

Cot & Candy, a kid's essentials and clothing brand with a presence on Shopify and Amazon, faced the challenge of increasing its revenue. Despite launching its Shopify store in 2020, the brand's monthly revenue was only 15% of its monthly spend. Technoville was brought in to elevate this to at least 50% of the spending.

In the first month after relaunching the brand, Technoville's approach involved segmenting the target market into two major product categories: high Average Order Value (AOV) products priced above 4.9K and kids' essentials and clothing priced below 1.9K. By focusing on these segments, Technoville was able to streamline the advertising strategy.

Non-performing products were removed from the ads, and the focus was shifted to regions with maximum sales potential. This targeted approach resulted in a significant and effective boost in overall sales generation. The strategic segmentation and optimization of ad spending not only increased the efficiency of the marketing efforts but also significantly enhanced Cot & Candy's revenue, meeting and exceeding the set goals.
